Here's is next week's practice session schedule: Monday (8th) - 7pm EST Wednesday (10th) - 6pm EST Friday (12th) - 11am EST If you've never attended our practice sessions, I highly encourage you to join us. Just because it's the end of the year, doesn't mean you cant get a jump start on setting new habits for yourself. I've gone ahead and put all the practice session dates in until the end of this year, so you can carve out the time with us.
