Let’s bridge the gap between electricians & engineers
Most problems in the electrical world don’t come from lack of skill—they come from miscommunication. Electricians see the real-world challenges engineers don’t. Engineers understand system behavior and code interactions that aren’t always obvious in the field. This community is here to close that gap. My goal is to take engineering principles and translate them into practical, field-ready knowledge that actually helps you do better work. Whether it’s power distribution, NEC interpretation, motor controls, grounding, duct banks, or system troubleshooting—we’ll break it all down in a way that makes sense for both sides of the trade. Ask questions. Share experience. Post drawings, sketches, or problems you’re stuck on. Let’s make electrical work smarter, safer, and easier by learning from each other—not arguing about whose job is “right.”
