Week 1 is Pillar 1- Physical Health.
Week 2 is Pillar 2- Mental and Emotional Health
Week 3 is Pillar 3- Social Health
Week 4 is Pillar 4- Environmental Health
Week 5 is Pillar 5- Spiritual Heath.
Each week will have intentions and support to improve these areas. Each week is an integrated process and the idea is to slowly recreate the habits and identity of how you function in the world.
