Hello community members, I'm heading back home after traveling in Asia for 3 weeks. John, my fiance and I, have been to Thailand, Vietnam, and now we're in Phillipines. We're leaving Siquijor Island today back to the mainland and heading back to the states tomorrow.
It's been an amazing journey. We've gathered a lot of Intel to help us do more discoveries as we look for our retirement home that we'll move to, or if the US, in the next couple of years.
It's been a struggle at times to stay consistent with eating clean and getting constant movement, yet I've got to day that joining this community had helped me a lot.
I've been practicing my morning meditations and stretching, and doing basic and essay tai chi movements as well. Haven't always been able to do the strength training so looking forwarding to doing that 3x week starting Sunday.
