I’m Rebecca Matthews, based in Bakersfield, California.
I’ve been a PMU artist for 6 years, specializing in paramedical tattooing, with a strong focus on 3D areola restoration, dark scars, and complex scar cases.
My work centers around 3D areola restoration, scar camouflage, stretch mark revision, and restorative treatments where pigment behavior and healing really matter.
