We train every physical mechanic possible when it comes to sports. We spend thousands of dollars on new drills, weight training, private coaches, top of the line gear and every gimmick on the market to make us feel good…but…we fail to train and prepare ourselves for the 3 items that matter most when it comes to being Great. Mentality, Discipline, and Consistency. No..you aren’t just born with those attributes. Yes…you can train them in yourself and in others. Let’s do it! Why be good, when we could be GREAT!
