Develop AI-enhanced recipe generation and meal planning apps
Everyone is building chatbots. Meanwhile, millions of people open their fridge every day and think about what to cook. That confusion is a product opportunity. You can use AI to: • Generate recipes based on available ingredients • Create meal plans based on dietary goals (weight loss, muscle gain, diabetes-friendly, vegan, etc.) • Adjust recipes to allergies and budget • Auto-generate grocery lists Step-by-step process: 1. Define a specific niche: Pick a constrained audience with a recurring food problem Example: Busy Nigerian professionals who don’t have time to plan meals, New moms trying to lose post-pregnancy weight. A Specific audience makes marketing and monetization easier. 2. Build a Simple App Version First: Start simple with no heavy code required. You can use AI tools like Claude AI and Manus AI to create these apps and automate with Zapier or Make. Your apps should have a simple flow sequence Example: Basic Flow 1. User selects ingredients 2. User selects dietary goal 3. AI generates recipe + macros 4. AI creates a 7-day meal plan 5. Grocery list auto-generated Do not build calorie tracking, social feeds, or fancy dashboards first. Solve one clear problem well. After scaling with paying users, you can: - Build with React or Flutter - Integrate nutrition APIs - Add calorie tracking - Add subscription system (Stripe) Upgrade only after users are paying. 3. Monetize + Acquire Users Intentionally: You can monetize with: - Subscription - Premium transformation programs - Corporate wellness partnerships - Affiliate grocery links - Free tier + ads (only if you have scale) Subscriptions work best when tied to outcomes To acquire users, don’t build quietly and hope people find you. Start with: - Instagram Reels showing - TikTok meal plan transformations - Facebook health communities - Partnerships with gym instructors - Offer a free 3-day meal plan as a lead magnet 4. You don’t have to launch a startup to profit from this skill.

Stop Re-Explaining Yourself Every Day.
How many times this week have you typed something like: - Act as a content strategist… - Summarize this, but make it punchy - Rewrite this in a confident tone… - Turn this into a LinkedIn post… If you’ve written the same instruction more than twice, you’re not using AI strategically. And that’s why it still feels like work. Stop treating prompts like messages, start curating each set of prompts as your prompt library for each task Depending on what you use AI for, you can have: - A content strategy prompt library - A community post builder prompt library - A sales page breakdown prompt library - A competitor research prompt library - A repurposing engine prompt library When you need something, you don’t think anymore; you deploy your prompts, and the output is consistent because the instructions are consistent. Better prompting is not enough, The leverage is in a reusable structure, a context baked in clear formatting rules, and a defined tone and audience If you’re running an AI agency, building automations, or managing clients, your prompt library is intellectual property.
