Hey Everyone! How good has the week been so far?!
Following Taylor’s Mindset Booster yesterday, I found that a lot of my definition of ‘worth’ actually was (and is) tied to external validation, and I struggle to respond to and resonate with my own self-worth from the inside. I loved Taylor’s approach of listing 10 things I can do that make me feel successful. Beyond that, does anyone have any advice on how I can start to shift my definition of worth to truly feel like my own identity is enough?
