Day One - Mindset Booster
Hey Everyone! How good has the week been so far?! Following Taylor’s Mindset Booster yesterday, I found that a lot of my definition of ‘worth’ actually was (and is) tied to external validation, and I struggle to respond to and resonate with my own self-worth from the inside. I loved Taylor’s approach of listing 10 things I can do that make me feel successful. Beyond that, does anyone have any advice on how I can start to shift my definition of worth to truly feel like my own identity is enough?
Social Media
Hey mates! It's been a hot second! I just finished up watching Taylor's social media without the ick group call replay and I would love to support you all on your various social medias if you'd like to link them below!! Can't wait to cheer for you all showing up for your career 💖 I'd also love some dopamine spike commenters to keep me accountable for consistent posting hehe x You can find me on Instagram @mikaelalainnes OR @mikmanages for Stage Management content 😉 (I Need Support seemed to be the best category fit 🤣 I'd love to Give You Support)

Intro its me. Its MEEEE 😀🔅
Hi beautiful creatives. My name is Tim and I am a performer that has just come back to the game after several years away. Life, work and other things got in the way and I have had a beautiful reacquaintance with my creative self in the past year - a reckoning you could say. With that comes experience, maturity but a lot of self doubt - can I do it, will I make it. I am 50, yes, and I never thought I would say that but I am of an age. I graduated Brent St Performing Arts in Sydney in 1999. Hahaha. I then toured on the cruise ships with Royal Caribbean for a time back in my 20s. Went on the audition circuit. Attended classes in acting - 16th St, TAFTA. But hit the brakes on that in my 30s and never went back to to it. Regrets (I have a few, Lol). I don't want to bore you all with my life story. But 2025 for me is about really going for it in a major way and plans to get an agent, audition again, get my brand out there and book the gig, So thats why I am here. To be encouraged, inspired and work on my mindset. Taylor you are a godsend. Thankyou for sharing your beautiful light and your knowledge. I can't wait to get started.

🚀Monday Kickstart: Setting This Weeks Intentions ✨
Hey Hub Member, It’s the start of a new week—the perfect time to decide how you want to show up! ✨ Imagine it’s Friday, and you’ve embodied the performer you dream of being all week long. 🔥 You moved with confidence. 🔥 You showed up fully in rehearsals, classes, or auditions. 🔥 You trusted yourself and took bold action. This isn’t just a vision—it’s a choice. And you get to make it today. 👉 Drop ONE WORD in the comments that describes the performer you’re stepping into this week. Then, take one small action today to live from that place. Your future self is already within you. Let’s make them real. 💫🎭 💙 Taylor

Heels
Morning team! I would love to get more confident in dancing in heels (have only ever danced in 2" and need to make the transition to industry standard 3"), and wondered if anyone had any advice on specific exercises to strengthen ankles, etc. or what specifically I should be looking at strengthening to aid the transition? xo

Hey, that’s so exciting! I’m not sure if you’ve trained pointe before, but I would do exercises as if you were preparing to go en pointe. So lots of calf raises, and intrinsic muscle work like toe scrunches, rolling through the feet, etc. I think strengthening all the tiny muscles in your feet will help with stability and make it so much easier to dance in heels! Also, wearing your heels often around the house to get used to the feeling really helps! Here is a video of some great exercises: https://youtube.com/shorts/mHVZmJaUOXY?si=LjX8lcQ_RR9QnI8w :)
