Recording a Performance
I am going to do my first performance for a senior living facility in about a week. It's free, but I want to make the most of it to help get future paid gigs. Watching some of the videos of the activity directors that Chris has done it seems that having a video of a performance is important, not only to show that you can entertain, but to also show how you interact with the residents. Do you have to get permission from the activities director to do this? If so, do you arrange that in advance? I am planning to have my wife do the video using a DJI action camera, and then I will edit it. Also, if I post it to Youtube how much of a song can I use, and how many songs should I include? How long should the demo video be? Thanks!!!
