The Peace Practice is a therapist-led, psychoeducational community for adults who want to strengthen their emotional regulation, improve their relationships, and cultivate sustainable inner peace.

- Already in therapy and want support between sessions

- Ready to do meaningful inner work without turning everything into a crisis
