Shooting Workout
Today’s shooting session was all about timing my release and dialing in accuracy. Nothing fancy — just clean reps.
I started with some straight-line shooting to warm up, then flowed into 30 snap-shots just to get the stick dialed. The main focus was on step-down shooting — about 70 reps where I was really trying to be smooth, relaxed, and accurate. No powering up. No rushing. Just clean mechanics and consistency.
If you’re getting back into it this week, this is a great way to start — simple, repeatable reps with purpose. Go get some work in. 🥍
