You're here because something in you is tired of rushing. Tired of the endless noise. Tired of trying to fix yourself into stillness.
You're here because you suspect there might be another way.
There is.
This practice doesn't require you to empty your mind, transcend your humanity, or achieve anything at all. It simply asks you to notice. To tend. To care.
Here's how it works:
Every day, you'll receive a simple practice—something small enough to do in the cracks of your life. Sweeping. Breathing. Noticing. Each practice takes 1-20 minutes (you choose).
Every week, we'll explore one chapter together, going deeper into presence through ordinary action.
You can't do this wrong.
Miss a day? Sweep again tomorrow. Mind wanders? That's not failure—that's the practice. Can't keep up? There's nothing to keep up with.
The path doesn't grade you. It just waits.
