What do you find yourself continually saying to your patients over and over again, and they just they are just not even listening to you?
'No scrubbing, your mouth is not your kitchen floor." I say this all the time to my patient, and yet they still come back with the same results, gingiva that you can just see they scrubbed as hard as they could right before they walked in... They are brushing .. but it is to not disappoint you. Not to look like they have not taken care of their mouth since you last saw them! You wish they understood, all you actually would want for them is to understand because once they truely do , that is when it makes a difference. But saying the same thing over and over is not working . Let's change it up!
