just watched this and learnt so much, had to share
ok i just watched this video and honestly learnt so much from it. it's on pricing AI services (he calls them "AI employees") and why most of us are massively undercharging.
the part that got me: agencies are charging $50k for basically the same thing a lot of people sell for $2k. same tech, completely different positioning. he breaks down a proper 3-tier model (starter $5-10k, standard $15-30k, enterprise $50k+), the frame that actually closes deals (you're selling a hire, not software), and how to handle the objections you always hear.
