Have you ever thought about trying Keto or Carnivore ?

One of my issues lately being carnivore and keto is the price of food. The price of beef has gone up tremendously if you guys have gone to any store you guys have to notice that the price would be is really high. So I have to ask do we know what is causing the price of the beef to go up so high? According to my research and what they say on the Internet is because of a lack of cattle in the United States. Other groups and people that are fighting the process of eating meat also are contributing to this and the fact that there are not a lot of processing plants in the United States for beef. I'm going to start posting some places that you can go online and get deals on beef by having it delivered to your house from several companies that are offering some pretty good deals.
