Today, we begin the discussion on what comes out from within your Body, and this is best realized through Training.
We do not prescribe to one specific style of Training, because as a great Mentor of mine once said:
"Strength is Never a Weakness, and Weakness is Never a Strength..."
We do, however believe everyone needs some form of training protocol, for the simple fact of Newtonian Physics.
If you choose Action, it will be easier to remain in Action.
If you choose Rest, it will be easier to remain stagnant, and not so slowly begin to decay...
Here are some simple styles to start with:
- Walking
- Stretching
- Hypertrophy
- Strength
- MetCon
Try one for a week, see if you enjoy it. Try two in one day, maybe it drives you forward. The main Focus here is to start building that Momentum.
