I'm Amy Rensby - founder of The Operator's Collective and owner of C'est Tout Bakery + Bistro.
I spent 20 years in the federal government and corporate world in senior advisory roles - operational efficiency, organizational effectiveness, and systems thinking at scale. Then I left and did the thing most people only talk about. I opened a bakery + restaurant.
Running C'est Tout taught me something no boardroom ever could. The gap between a great idea and a great experience is almost always an operations problem. And operators - the people actually running things - are some of the most capable, hardworking, under-loved people in business.
So I built us a table.
