Reframing the word "failure"
Some of my biggest lessons have come from failing. For example, I started around 8-10 different ecom brands that all blew up and failed. Does this make me a failure though? I used to think so, but I never stopped grinding and getting better. I view failure very differently these days. I view those "failed" ecom business as my education cost now, the cost of not knowing wtf I was doing, but doing it anyway and learning as I progressed. That's the key, if you are building skillsets that will amplify you for the future, it isn't failing. I've learned marketing, management, sales, landing page design, building shopify stores all through these "failures". Failing does make you a failure, that only happens when you give up. So, keep moving forward, understand the biz risks and mitigate them as you progress and build your skillsets. These skills have become very valuable now. Just wanted to share this quick thought, the grind never stops!

Mindset/productivity note
Something that has helped me a lot this year is putting my phone far away from me before bed. This year Iโ€™ve been reading before bed, but there is another hack hereโ€ฆ. Since my phone is far away, when the alarm goes off I have to physically get out of bed to shut it off. You can add messages into your alarm. My message to myself is โ€œthe work is the goalโ€ (something I heard from Hormozi) This reminds me to keep on the grind and not get back into bed lol Its been a game changer ๐Ÿคโค๏ธ
