Attention leaves the moment!
And maybe the biggest shift is not forcing yourself to stay present.
But becoming aware of your personal attention traps.
The things your mind returns to again and again.
Because once you clearly see them…
you start catching the moment attention drifts.
Today, do something different.
Make a private list.
Write down the main things that pull your attention away from NOW.
And put them in order.
From the thing that takes most of your attention…
to the least.
No judgement.
Just honesty.
Sometimes we think we are living our life…
until we see where most of our attention actually lives…
