This week, we explored small rituals that bring us back to the present moment.
Looking at your palms in the morning
Pausing after a shower
Closing your eyes before a meal
Taking a breath before beginning the day
And many of us first learnt these not from books…
but from our Mother! ♥️ Thank you Ma! 😘
Passed down quietly through daily life.
As children, we followed these rituals without really understanding them.
But maybe they were never just routines.
Maybe they were simple ways of slowing the rushing mind down…
and bringing attention back to NOW.
So today feels like the perfect moment to appreciate the mothers and families who passed these little moments of presence down to us ❤️
