JD FINISH LINE GRANT
The JD Finish Line Foundation seeks to create a lasting impact on company communities. The Foundation's Louder Than Words grants support nonprofit organizations that make a difference in the company's corporate Indianapolis, IN, neighborhood as well as communities across the country.
Grants are provided through the following cycles, with varying focuses:
- Grant Cycle 1: Far East Side of IndianapolisSupport is provided for programming or activities that focus on one or more of the Foundation's pillars: health and wellness, workforce development, or safe communities. Programming or activities must impact the lives of residents living in the JD Finish Line's corporate community of the Far East Side of Indianapolis, IN.
- Grant Cycle 2: Health and WellnessThe focus is on participation in programs that place an importance on personal development, an active and healthy lifestyle, or mental health.
- Grant Cycle 3: Workforce DevelopmentThe focus is on participation in programs that place an importance on higher education, vocational training, and career development.
- Grant Cycle 4: Safe CommunitiesSupport is provided for programs that emphasize public safety, building trust between communities and police, and reforming the criminal justice system; improvements or renovations to existing buildings, grounds, and property or for new facilities or grounds; and emergency needs that would somehow be keeping the organization from providing current services such as natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances.
Nonprofit organizations that create positive impact specifically on diverse communities are eligible to apply.
Application Deadlines:
Grant cycle 1 (Far East Side of Indianapolis): March 15, 2025Grant cycle 2 (health and wellness focus): May 15, 2025Grant cycle 3 (workforce development focus): July 15, 2025Grant cycle 4 (safe communities focus): October 15, 2025(The 2026 deadlines will be available early in the year.)
