Quick question for everyone
If you could change one thing about your resume that you think would make it instantly better, what would it be?
I see so many resumes that are packed with responsibilities but completely miss showing impact. A small tweak ; like turning a task into a result, can make a huge difference.
For example:
❌ “Managed a team of 5.”
✅ “Managed a team of 5 and increased project delivery speed by 30%.”
