Thanks for this William. I've heard of time-blocking before, and even tried it in the past, but it didn't work. But I really like the way you frame it in Module 1, by first naming the required things you have to do (like work and sleep!). I'm on my second day of trying it, and it's going really well. I'm surprised. Tasks that I didn't have time for in the past, I actually have time for now.
