🚩 Your Emergency Kit: Break the Freeze
When you feel paralyzed by tasks, follow these 5 steps:
- Sensory Reset: Stand up, drink ice-cold water, or shake your body for 10 seconds. Break the physical "freeze."
- Brain Dump: Grab paper. Write down EVERY task in your head. Get it out of your system.
- The 2-Minute Micro-Task: Pick ONE thing. Make it tiny. Not "Clean kitchen," but "Put 3 forks in the dishwasher."
- The 5-Minute Deal: Set a timer. Tell yourself: "I only do this for 5 minutes, then I can stop."
- Immediate Reward: Once the 5 minutes are up, do something you love (song, snack). Train your brain that starting leads to a reward.
