Hey! Life has been shifting so fast this year, and I've been making adjustments. It's been great to catch up with some of you on the MY KIND OF YOGA Ambassador Yoga Circle each month.

September will be when I deliver my final two events for Les Mills. After 25 years, it's time to hang up my Les Mills Trainer hat. I'll be delivering the BODYBALANCE 109 webinar and the live Instructor Education session in Scotland.

KettleflowYOGA training. We have a significant opportunity to expand the brand in the Middle East, and we will be looking to grow the brand in 2026. This means that there could be an opportunity for KFY Instructors to train up to become Trainers for us. If you've been actively teaching KFY, we'd love to hear from you - testimonials, feedback, etc. Additionally, a new batch of lesson plans will be available for purchase over the next few months.

Thrive Club members. Whilst I've been posting some of the latest research for you, I'm acutely aware that I haven't been serving you well. You're more than welcome to transfer your membership to Grace In The Middle.

MY KIND OF YOGA 2026 Huddle will be on April 18, 2026.

I'm also starting to work with individuals on a 121 mentoring basis for their yoga journey. The training is still available online, but we'll also have 121 sessions along the way, as that's how yoga was traditionally passed on.

Langkawi Yoga Holiday, November 7-13, 2026. Only 3 spaces left in shared/twin rooms.
