Hi, I’m Kelly and I created this space for women 40+ who feel like they’re ready for something different—but aren’t quite sure how to get there.
I’ve been through a lot of my own changes, especially in relationships and life direction, and I realised the biggest shift came when I stopped trying to fix everything around me and started coming back to myself.
I want women to Release what has been holding them back and Rise into the next decades, celebrating the amazing women that they are.
We do not get to this age without having unique stories, experiences, disappointment, joy, tears and the rest.
This wonderful age that we are now is about to get better!
Dreams still to come true, experiences yet to be had, new favorite memories to create and even new friends to be found!
This space is about that. Letting go of what’s not working and stepping into what’s next—without all the fluff.
