I’m learning to grow my page but i been monitized for over 3 years and still haven’t made a real dime what am i doing wrong i really need help

Is there a difference or a benefit to monetization on a personal account vs professional account? I am monetized on my personal account but I can’t connect certain tools to my personal account. I created a professional account which will essentially be the same content as my personal but it’s not monetized yet. Does it make a difference?
