A couple snacks I enjoy while breastfeeding to get in extra protein. My almost 7 year old loves them too!

My 6 year old's dinner
Today's breakfast for my 10 month old:
8 blackberries 1 medium banana 2 tblsp all purpose flour (Einkorn) mashed all together, cooked on the pan with coconut oil. I made 4, but she ate one before I could snap a pic

My Story
Welcome to The Mom Nutrition Method — a community built for prenatal and postnatal moms who want to raise well-fed, non-picky, thriving little ones without the overwhelm. Before I became a mom, I went through school to become a Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP). I come from a family deeply affected by diabetes, obesity, and cancer, and I was determined to change the trajectory of my own health — and my future child’s — starting with trying to conceive. When I got pregnant with my first (who’s now almost 7 and eats beets and avocados daily), I used everything I had learned to make my journey through pregnancy, postpartum, and breastfeeding as healthy and intentional as possible... and I’m doing it all over again with my 10-month-old. I believe that when you start building your baby’s nutrition foundation in the womb, healthy habits come easier in ages 1–5 — and if you get those years right, the rest truly falls into place. Let this community fuel you and your family — for the long haul.
