The Sol Frequency is an extension of my journey as an artist, musician, and space holder.
Over the years, music has been more than performance for me, it’s been a pathway into presence, transmitting authenticity, and simply offering a state of being. This has created a deeper connection that can’t always be explained, only felt. This space was created for those who resonate with that. It’s for creators who don’t just want to make music or content, but want to feel what they’re creating, and express something real through it.
Inside this community, I share the practices, perspectives, and tools that have shaped my journey, from sound exploration and creativity to confidence, direction, and self-trust.
But more than that, this is a space to:
