What to do first: Go to the Classroom Watch all 7 pillars Start applying what you learn every single day Explore the classroom section for Meditations, Group links, Sound Bath & Yoga videos and more. How to use this community: Post your wins and progress (even small ones) Stay consistent with the work Keep it simple: Apply the methods daily. Never miss a day. Don’t overthink—just do the reps.
