Dear Mama,
The Milk Paradox began in a season where everything felt overwhelming.
Time, perspective, and a few hard-earned lessons later, I can look back with a smile.
Not because it was easy but, because I’ve been there, done that, got the T-shirt.
The things I once stressed over endlessly are now the things I laugh about, reflect on and handle with grace rather than guilt.
What I’ve learned is this: motherhood is full of contradictions.
This community exists so you don’t have to feel alone in any of it, whether you’re in the thick of new motherhood, navigating the messy middle, or far enough down the road to laugh through what once felt impossible.
Here, every conversation is handled with kindness, consideration, and care, with a little humour, because sometimes that’s how we survive.
