So The Healing Haven serves multiple purposes, giving back to not only the community but Domestic Violence Victims is very important to me. I am a survivor myself and so are my children so I strive to help others in the same/similar situations as well. This was a way to accomplish that. I added it to 3 different platforms.

I uploaded a video on my YouTube channel (it's longer than 60 seconds tho) explaining a technique to regulate your Nervous System in less than 1 minute. I did Moor than one thing because to be honest, two of those things were fairly easy. The third one, uploading that video was the hardest because I tend to second (3rd, 4th and 5th) guess MyCellf by overthinking it. This time started out somewhat the same. I rerecorded that video 4 times because I was overthinking. I was about to rerecord it a 5th time but I did something that forced me to stick with it and trust that what I intended to convey was already in the video. That whole process showed me MyCellf and how I need to trust MyCellf the first time.

TedX Talk Prep Through networking, got a connection, and scheduled a meeting with a TedX organizer to (hopefully) do my first talk! 🤞
