Integration in the Face of Disintegration
After calculating how long my identity was split, I feel like it became harder for me to ignore the uncleanliness of not only myself, but also others in my environment.
Since integration was so heavy, I started noticing disintegration more often. So many claim titles without putting in the actual hours and effort that others have devoted to this work.
Therefore, I loved how the identity portal class spoke on what true embodiment looks like and how to honor the universal energies within us all.
