This is Nervous System Training 101 and your old self is the teacher.

Your body is learning how to hold the new identity you just named.

If you respond by collapsing — doubting yourself, second-guessing yourself, arguing with the new identity — the challenge externalizes.

Experiences show up to question you because you questioned yourself.

Experiences show up to doubt you because you doubted yourself.

But if you respond by agreeing with yourself, the identity stabilizes.

People think the universe is testing them. It’s not.

You claimed an identity.

Then you challenged it internally.

And the world mirrored that back.

So Chiron going direct today isn’t about the end of healing. It’s about integrating what you’ve already healed from. And leading with it.
