Calling all those Menopause Mamas
So I am new to school but not new to online coaching & life as a busy Mum, entrepreneur & prime candidate for the menopause.... oh yes! So I just wanted to introduce this brand new space open and ready to welcome you. Yes it is a paid membership but believe me inside you get a lot of yoga, meditation, tapping or EFT, face yoga & more practices to help you get through this rocky road. I even include a few live practices each month - the first one is happening soon and I might offer it out to all.... Please comment below if you are seeking community during the menopause.
