So I am placing some intentions for 2026....
And showing up as the best version - well of myself! So if you are new to this space - Welcome to Menopause Queen I started this space very recently but it has been creating itself inside me for years! This next chapter is unfolding gently… and powerfully. You can tune into my Menopause Queen podcast inside this hub or on the usual podcast mediums Inside the Menopause Queen Hub — which is free to join — a new rhythm is beginning. A simple, nourishing rhythm to support you through perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. Magic Mondays A little note, a ritual, a question, or an intention to open the week with softness and magic. Wisdom Wednesdays Reflections, insights, and lived wisdom to help you understand what’s happening in your body, your emotions, your energy. Reflective Fridays A pause. A breath. A moment to land, integrate, and honour yourself before the weekend. Inside the Hub, you’ll also find a growing library of meditation, yoga, tapping, holistic practices and rituals — gentle, supportive tools to help you navigate this powerful transition with more ease, trust, and self-connection. And the best part )- I have kept a lot open and free for all! I do also offer one-to-one coaching if you feel the need to have guidance on a personalised level and in the new year I’ll be sharing a beautiful Menopause Queen e-book guide as well as workshops, especially for the women inside the Hub community. And about this space here, on the Menopause Queen I’ve been listening deeply. As well as the the three posts a week and the bi-montly lives (and the content that I keep adding to in the classrooms) I’ll also be sharing more of what has made me feel like a queen in this phase of my life. One of the biggest teachings for me? Returning to horse riding in my 50s. Buying a horse. Learning to care, show up, commit, and listen — every single day. Horses have taught me about trust, boundaries, nervous system regulation, presence, humility, strength, and grace. They have mirrored menopause back to me in the most honest, embodied way.

So who here has heard of the We Do Not Care Club? So it is an online instagram style club started by Just Being Melanie for all peri menopausal, menopausal and menopaused women to simply put the world on notice that they do not care very much any more. Well guess what that is just what we are about a the Menopause Queen. If you want to feel that you are a) Not alone b) Not going mad c) Are seen at a time in your life where everything seemed a little off Well step right this way and join our club.
