I spent the weekend gardening - our lawn and weeds are out of control after us being overseas for a couple of months - and ended up arguing with my partner - yes it happens to the best of us 😆🙄
As I walked inside to give myself some time out I noticed a message from my daughter on my phone. She sends me voice messages when she can't be bothered to type, so I tapped on it to have a listen - and it wasn't her speaking, but her drumming and toning! Apart from sounding beautiful, what I noticed was that I calmed down almost immediately, and my mood improved - literally within 60 seconds. Now this may because I drum regularly.
