SEED RETENTION VS EXTERNAL CONDITIONS.
Hello brothers,
My question is, is it possible to keep going with retention while you are low mentally. Let me explain this.A few days ago I was doing well on retention,winning every day without friction until 2 days ago when I collapsed into mental depression due to financial struggles. What hits me hard is that I sunk so low that retaining for a single day is almost unattainable. I have failed 3 days straight. All of a sudden I am getting tempted to porn, something that I quit almost a year ago.
The question is, why is my financial life affecting my retention life? Is there any connection between the two? Is it possible to win one war while losing or struggling with the other?
