I’ve Fallen
30 days or 90 days the time frame is not important; wether you relapsed after 90 days or after three days what matters is that each time you are becoming stronger and assuring that the next strike you won’t make the same mistakes so you don’t fall. Im sure we can all make it to 90 days if we are strong enough mentally but if your heart is still set on your disordered desire and you have not healed no matter how long you retain you will once more fall short. What matters is the mindset of getting out of this poison and not simply aiming to retain for 30 days leaving your subconscious open to the idea of relapsing on day 31st. Instead take it day by day and focus on completing each day with stronger awareness and make sure you are journaling your journey. If you fall don’t be so hard on yourself but yet journal a strategy on how not to commit the same faults again that led to your relapse. My advice forget about the length of retention and align your priorities and heal your heart from all of that perversion. I relapsed on the 5th of December and out of impulse I relapsed continuously eventually I tried to distract myself with drinking alcohol which I haven’t been drinking for over a month or two or smoking marijuana for way longer as well. I was weak and you must be strong there are many people depending on you and not just your loved ones your friends who also struggle with their poison. Be an inspiration don’t be another stepping stone and pray.

External Stressors Causing Relapse
These videos go into why our inner state of energy and wealth directly impact our external conditions. Retention builds your inner wealth. Gratitude multiplies it. “To he who has more will be given…to he who has not, even what little he has will be taken from him.” This is the law of Matthew from The Bible, and in these videos I go into how to get on the right side of the equation. Your inner abundance directly impacts your ability to generate external abundance.
External Stressors Causing Relapse
SEED RETENTION VS EXTERNAL CONDITIONS.
Hello brothers, My question is, is it possible to keep going with retention while you are low mentally. Let me explain this.A few days ago I was doing well on retention, winning every day without friction until 2 days ago when I collapsed into mental depression due to financial struggles. What hits me hard is that I sunk so low that retaining for a single day is almost unattainable. I have failed 3 days straight. All of a sudden I am getting tempted to porn, something that I quit almost a year ago. The question is, why is my financial life affecting my retention life? Is there any connection between the two? Is it possible to win one war while losing or struggling with the other? Please share your insights brothers. Please note:The above is just a quick summary of the situation. I know the story may have some gaps, so I am open to any questions for clarity.

Respect The Relapse (Rock Bottom)
Introductions
The beauty of this community is that we are from different places in the world - but on the same mission. What I want to know: (Answer in this format) 1) Your name - 2) Where you are from - 3) Your interests/hobbies - 4) Why you started seed retention - 5) What you are looking to learn/discuss with me and the other men in this brotherhood - I'll go first. My name is Austin, and I'm grateful to host this community for you guys. I am from the United States, and I currently live in New York but will be moving soon. My interests/hobbies are piano, martial arts, philosophy, and just recently - content creation. Why I started seed retention - I didn't actually know what seed retention was at the time I started it. I had just went through a bad break up and was tired of using porn to cope with the heartbreak. After a bad relapse - I told myself that time would be my last and I stuck to that promise. That "streak" lasted 8 months until something crazy happened...(we'll save that for story time) I am most looking forward to hearing your stories and your personal goals with retention. There is so much to learn on this journey and my goal is to save you the trouble of the many mistakes I made, and show you the map to the treasure inside you. Not as a life coach or spiritual guru, but simply a man who has walked the path and can point you in the right direction. Now I want to hear from you - and so do the guys in this community. Be sure to list your response to all 5 points. Looking forward to speaking with you gentlemen🫡
