I'll go first.
My name is Austin, and I'm grateful to host this community for you guys.
I am from the United States, and I currently live in New York but will be moving soon.
My interests/hobbies are piano, martial arts, philosophy, and just recently - content creation.
Why I started seed retention - I didn't actually know what seed retention was at the time I started it. I had just went through a bad break up and was tired of using porn to cope with the heartbreak. After a bad relapse - I told myself that time would be my last and I stuck to that promise. That "streak" lasted 8 months until something crazy happened...(we'll save that for story time)
I am most looking forward to hearing your stories and your personal goals with retention. There is so much to learn on this journey and my goal is to save you the trouble of the many mistakes I made, and show you the map to the treasure inside you. Not as a life coach or spiritual guru, but simply a man who has walked the path and can point you in the right direction.
