We are back in action October 20 - Nov 21 with some killer Guard Passing. We will be learning how to force dilemmas, staying heavy on top (even if we are smaller) and creating opportunities for the back. Just throwing this out there. Who would be interested in doing a 2hr session from 8am-10am and then you guys can roll for open mat on July 4. Or we can do an early session 9am-10am and early sat. 10am-11am to adjust for the new gym schedule or the workshop. Secondarily we can also just push this week back one week. Thoughts?
