Next workshop Announcement
Based on the feedback from the poll we did. I will be doing front head locks as our next long form workshop in August. This summer, I’ll be running a shorter—but highly focused—workshop dedicated to the mechanics of the armbar. We’ll dive deep into the finishing details and explore how to transition from the armbar into dominant follow-ups like the back take and triangle choke.
