Core values define how we interact with the world around us and allow us to understand where are are boundaries lie. Think of your core values like the sail on a boat - without a sail, you'll just bob around, not heading in any particular direction and absolutely no way of getting to your destination. The same is with life. If you haven't defined your core values, you'll take jobs that don't provide you with fulfillment and be in relationships that don't meet your needs. Is there a part of your life where you feel out of alignment? If so, I'd love to learn more about it here. For me, most areas feel pretty aligned at the moment. But if I think harder or look deeper, I'd perhaps say my relationship with my girlfriend is a little out of alignment at the moment. We've only been together for around 5 months and it was very intense and deep at the beginning but for the last few weeks, things have been challenging.
