This is where we come together to move, to breathe, to express fully, and to remember what it actually feels like to be fully alive in our own skin.
Every week we gather for Divine Dance — an embodied movement practice to release the pain of the past, the worries of the future, and settle into the divinity that flows through us, right now, in this moment. Every month we meet as a community to connect, share, and get to know each other — truly.
The only thing you need is a body and the willingness to feel what's in it.
