Standards without enforcement are just suggestions. 🚫
If a checklist isn’t completed, the job isn’t done.
If an SOP isn’t followed, the result doesn’t count.
Operators don’t argue expectations.
They document them 📋
Then they enforce them consistently — even when it’s uncomfortable.
That’s how:
• mistakes stop
• crews improve
• stress drops
Systems only work when they’re enforced.
