Enforcement is the Work
Quick clarification for anyone implementing quietly. Writing SOPs isn’t the hard part. Downloading checklists isn’t the work. 👉 Enforcement is the work. ⚙️ That means: • A job without a completed checklist isn’t “basically done” • A missed step gets corrected, not ignored • Standards apply even when you’re busy This is where most operators cave — and where results actually change. Pick one checklist this week and enforce it 100%. 📋 Consistency beats intensity every time.

Operator rule #3: Standards without enforcement are just suggestions. 🚫 If a checklist isn’t completed, the job isn’t done. If an SOP isn’t followed, the result doesn’t count. Operators don’t argue expectations. They document them 📋 Then they enforce them consistently — even when it’s uncomfortable. That’s how: • mistakes stop • crews improve • stress drops Systems only work when they’re enforced.
