What's the one task you'd hand off tomorrow?
Drop it in the comments. It doesn't have to be clever. The boring ones are the ones worth killing. Weekly or monthly, whatever eats the most time. Ones that come up a lot: listing descriptions, follow-up texts, MLS input, transaction paperwork, CMAs, social posts, open house follow-up. Two lines is plenty. Tell me the task and roughly how long it takes you. I read every one of these, and I build them. If yours is in here, it's in the running. Ryan

Start here
Welcome in. I'm Ryan, a working Las Vegas agent. Everything in here is a workflow I actually run in my own business, not theory. One thing to do right now. It takes about sixty seconds. Go to the pinned thread "What's the one task you'd hand off tomorrow?" and drop your answer in the comments. Weekly or monthly, whatever eats the most time. The boring answers are the good ones. That's it. That's the whole ask. I read every one, and the tasks that come up most are what I build next. When you want to go deeper, the Classroom is where the walkthroughs live. Start at the top and work down. House rules, short version: share what works, ask anything no matter how basic, help when you can, no pitching other members, keep it practical. Glad you're here. Ryan

The Leveraged Agent Guidelines
1. Share what works. Post your wins, your workflows, your results. This is how we all get better. 2. Ask questions freely. No question is too basic. Use the Q&A category and include enough detail that others can help you. 3. Help when you can. If you see a question you can answer, jump in. Points are awarded for helping others. 4. No self-promotion. Don't pitch your services, courses, or tools to other members. This isn't a lead gen group. 5. Keep it practical. We're here to build and deploy workflows, not debate AI philosophy. If you can't use it this week, save it. 6. Respect the community. Be professional. Disagreements are fine, personal attacks aren't. Breaking rules 4 or 6 = removal. No warnings for spam.

New module: Open Houses
New module just dropped 👇 Every agent has the same stack sitting on their desk right now: open house sign-in sheets nobody ever followed up with. Names, numbers, maybe an email, and then they just sit there because typing them into your CRM one by one takes too long. The Open Houses module is live in the classroom. Inside (for now!): → The full walkthrough: Turn Your Open House Sign-In Sheets Into an Automated Outreach Plan. A real sign-in sheet, handed to Claude Code, comes back as a complete buyer-first follow-up plan: day-0 text, voicemail script, follow-up touches, even a handwritten note. → The Open House Lead Reconnection Prompt, a standalone, copy-paste version that works in Claude OR ChatGPT. No Claude Code required. It interviews you first so every message sounds like YOU in YOUR market, then builds the same kind of plan off any sign-in sheet you give it. → A "How to Use It" quick-start guide, so there's zero guesswork getting started. This isn't just about the one video. It's every AI workflow for before, during, and after your open house, and this is the first piece live. ✅ Head to the classroom → Open Houses ✅ Grab the Reconnection Prompt (or watch the walkthrough first if you want to see it run) ✅ Run it on ONE real sign-in sheet from your desk, not a hypothetical, an actual one you already have ✅ Post the plan it gives you (or the real text you sent) in Wins & Results What's the next repetitive thing in your business you wish someone else could just handle? Can be about anything, not just open houses! Drop it in the comments. That's what gets built next. Ryan

New lesson: The 5 emails you send every week, turned into 30-second templates
Quick math on the emails you already write: - New listing announcement - Open house invite - Price reduction update - Showing feedback request - Buyer-lender intro Five emails × ~15 min each = 95 minutes a week. Over 80 hours a year. On emails you've already written 200 times. Lesson 6 turns those five into reusable templates you customize in 30 seconds flat, written in your voice, with [BRACKET] variables so you can't mess up the swap. → Head to the classroom → Lesson 6 → Run the prompt with your Voice Profile → Drop your cleanest template in Wins & Results so the rest of us can steal the structure (and give you tone feedback) Which of the five emails do you write most? Reply with the number and I'll show you my version.
