I’m a qualified counsellor, mum of four and founder of The Levelled Up Mums Club.
A few years ago, I found myself on the other side of the table when my own son began struggling. Suddenly I wasn’t just supporting families professionally - I was navigating assessments, school meetings, burnout and everything that comes with raising a child who needs you in ways the world doesn’t always understand.
I created this community because I couldn’t find the support I was looking for.
This is a place where mums can feel understood, build confidence, access practical resources, discover flexible income ideas and connect with women who genuinely get it.
