👋 Hey everyone, I’m Kerby! I’m the founder of Kerby Stivene Leadership. I’m a Leadership & Personal Development Coach, Speaker, and Pastor passionate about helping leaders and professionals under 40 lead with intentionality, influence, and impact. I’ve been in leadership for over a two decades now, from ministry to entrepreneurship, and I love seeing people discover their potential and grow into the leader they’re called to be. Right now, the leadership area I’m focusing on is scaling my influence through systems and delegation, learning how to build structures that multiply impact in my business and organization, without burning out.
