But once the train gains momentum, something shifts. Speed increases. Resistance decreases. And eventually, that same train becomes nearly impossible to stop. Leadership works the same way. Momentum does not begin with activity. It begins with a strong and determined mindset. Before teams move forward, leaders determined how they will think. How they interpret setbacks.
